We will refund up to 100% of our fees if real bad errors are found in our
translation.
A 50% fuzzy match is not like "good/bad". It's more like "alive/dead".
What constitutes a translation error?
The worst translation error is distortion of the original meaning. Omissions, especially those that change the meaning
of the text are certainly considered bad errors too. You won't get a free lunch for a couple of typos, or a
stylistic imperfection.
How much will you refund for each error?
Rusloc® will refund 30% of your fee for every severe error per 1000 words of text. If we make 3 such errors per one thousand words, you'll get 100% refund and a corrected text. That means you get your job done for free!
Where can I see examples of your translations?
We would be more than happy to provide you with samples of our translations, but RusLoc® has a better offer - we shall translate a short sample of your actual materials for free (up to 200 words). After that, you may consult a language expert of your own, and make your educated decision based on his/her recommendations.
How do you achieve such high quality?
We strictly adhere to our Quality Assurance process which starts before every project, not at the end of it.
