We all had our share of frustration with comments in the LQI's that we received in the past few months.
I discovered a blog of Riccardo Schiaffino, one the system's creator, and used it to vent some of my concerns.

The guy worked as a translator, localizer, PM, he sure knows the subject. It's very well written, with good examples, RECOMMENDED!
I wonder how often we'll be lucky to have such clever and understanding managers in our customers' organizations.
