Windows Mobile localization SNAFUs... Добро пожаловать(ся)!

Назрела острейшая необходимость сделать следующую русскую версию Windows Mobile не лучше предыдущих (они не выдерживают НИКАКОЙ КРИТИКИ), а просто нормальной. Для этого нужна помощь грамотных специалистов и рядовых "пользователей конечного продукта". ;-)
